Changes in size. What if the clothes don't fit me?
Size changes are free for the client in the Peninsula and Portugal. Being able to request during the 2-3 days after receiving the order. We have enabled a size recommender on individual products to try to minimize size changes as much as possible and thus reduce CO2 emissions.
How do I know the status of my order?
After placing the order we will send you an email (check the spam tray) with the confirmation of it and once we remove it from the warehouse (it is not automatic, it may take 1 day counting the time difference and on weekends), we will send you An email with the completed order with the link to "See lost" and "follow up", there it will direct you to the link of the carrier associated with your order.
How can I find my order number?
When placing your order we have sent you a confirmation email with the order number (please, check the spam tray if you have not received it).
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, the price always includes the corresponding VAT or tax.
What country do you ship to?
We ship to Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands, with an associated extra cost), Europe, South America and almost the entire world.
I need an invoice, how do we manage it?
You have to tell us if the address that we have to reflect on the invoice is the same as where we sent the product or a different one. By default, "The same shipping address" will be shown as preselected, but if you want to use a different one you have to click on "Use a different billing address"; A form will be displayed that you will have to fill out. Finally, check the order to make sure that you have correctly filled in all the fields.
What transport company will deliver the order?
It depends on the delivery area and the type of shipment. When the order leaves our warehouse we will send you an email with the details of the transport company.
The average delivery time is 2 to 6 working days if the place of shipment is within the Peninsula.
Spain (peninsula): Currently if your order is greater than € 49.99 you will have free shipping costs. If the amount of your order is less than or equal to € 49.99, the shipping costs will depend on the destination and weight.
Europe: For shipments that are not made within the Iberian Peninsula, the shipping price will be calculated at the time of checkout, depending on the shipping destination.
Important: The prices of all our products are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes (VAT). Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges, as well as postage. Handling costs have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment. The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
How can I know when my order is ready?
After making your purchase you will receive an "Order confirmation" email. As soon as we have it ready, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email indicating that your order is ready and the expected delivery time.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
The courier company has an order to deliver each package as soon as possible. In the case of not being at home during the first delivery, they will make a second delivery and will contact you by phone to make a third delivery if necessary.
